This page explains the terms under which you may use the IG Comment extension and the igcomment.igscraper.io website.
1. Who we are
IG Comment is a browser extension operated by igscraper.io. These Terms of Service apply to the IG Comment extension and to the website hosted at igcomment.igscraper.io. By installing or using IG Comment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the service.
2. Extension purpose
IG Comment is designed to help you organize publicly visible Instagram comments from posts you can already see in your own browser session. It is a research and data‑organization tool only. IG Comment does not send messages, emails, or DMs on your behalf, and does not provide bulk messaging or spam automation features.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use IG Comment only in ways that comply with: - Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines - Applicable privacy and anti‑spam laws in your jurisdiction (for example GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, ePrivacy, or similar regulations) You must not use IG Comment to: - Harvest data for unsolicited mass messaging or spam - Attempt to access private, hidden, or technically protected information - Circumvent Instagram's technical protections (rate limiting, access controls, etc.)
4. Billing and payments
All billing for IG Comment is handled by our third-party payment service provider. We do not process your card or payment details directly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to the billing terms and refund rules of our payment service provider. You can manage your subscription, view charges, and cancel renewal from the account or billing area provided by that service.
5. Data and privacy
IG Comment processes only data that is available to you in your browser session and any diagnostic data we may collect to operate and improve the extension. For details on what we collect, how we store it, and your rights, please refer to the IG Comment Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
6. No warranty
IG Comment is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the extension will always be available, error‑free, or that it will produce particular business results. Your use of IG Comment is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions you take with data exported from the extension or any consequences of your outreach decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, igscraper.io and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of IG Comment. Our total liability for any claims related to IG Comment will not exceed the total amount you paid for the extension in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business updates. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of IG Comment after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
